As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, you are the first point of contact when it comes to complex CRM projects and you have a lot of contact with the customer to map out needs, develop designs and implement the best Salesforce solutions.

No vacancy without bullets….
As a Salesforce CRM Consultant, you will definitely:

  • Translate customer requirements into future proof implementation plans;
  • Implement and adopt Salesforce systems;
  • Provide Salesforce advice, service and support;
  • Work with Salesforce automation solutions;
  • Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members;
  • Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them.

 

What we’d like you to show:

  • A bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 3 years of experience with technical implementations of customer projects;
  • Background in process design and implementation;
  • Experience with Salesforce.com configuration;
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (like Siebel, Netsuite or Peoplesoft);
  • Experience with Salesforce.com configuration;
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools;
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch;
  • Strong customer-facing skills;
  • Analytical thinker and proactive mentality;
  • An enthusiastic, professional and confident personality with a focus on customer success.
